5 months later still no cancellation!

This is my second Hellopeter complaint! Telkom still has not cancelled my line after nearly 5 emails speaking to numerous people to no avail! They contacted me once on Hellopeter but they STILL HAVE NOT SORTED IT OUT, now i received a letter of demand, demanding payment for an account I AM NOT USING!!!! Now i am listed as a defaulter on the credit bureau because of Telkom's neglect to ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOBS! Im fed up with Telkom and their empty promises, i've sent email after email TO THE FOLLOWING PEOPLE ********** ********** ********** and to ********** but NOT ONE OF THEM IS DOING THEIR JOBS AND CANCELLING MY ACCOUNT! NOW BECAUSE OF TELKOM IM LISTED AS A DEFAULTER!!! I WANT THIS SORTED OUT IMMEDIATELY AND MY NAME REMOVED FROM THE CREDIT BUREAU OR I AM GOING TO TAKE FURTHER ACTION!
