5 months later NO REFUND!!!

I give up Telkom is the most pathetic service provider I have ever encountered. Its been over 5 months and still no refund. After posting 3 hellopeter posts, more than 5 calls per week and still nothing. No calls or email. I will never recommend Telkom to anyone. Bank statements and proof of payments were sent as requested and when we call to follow up non of the *********** staff can assist, there is never a team leader/supervisor on duty and they never call back EVER. Empty promises and the only thing that they are brilliant at delivering is POOR SERVICE. I cannot express my utter disgust and how nauseating it is and the awful experience I have everytime I call. I have started the process to log a formal complaint with both ICASA and OMBUDSMAN after getting no joy from Telkom. I expect a formal apology and not some dumb email from their social team asking if its been resolved without even investigating. Please do what you get paid for and stop passing the buck.
