5 Months and Waiting for a revert

<p>Was a Telkom Mobile customer. Over charged in Jan by R2k for calls made while "roaming internationally". Was very much in the country. Repeated emails to 10-15 odd Telkom employees are ignored, or I receive the same feedback EVERY time....you were out the country roaming. NO. I. WAS. NOT!!</p> <p>Quite possibly the worst organisation EVER.</p>
