5 months and still no repsons regarding LTE

<p>It has now been 5 months that I have been waiting for my LTE antena to arrive. They keep on promising that they will send someone out!</p> <p><br />Last Result:<br />Download Speed: 320 kbps (40 KB/sec transfer rate)<br />Upload Speed: 150 kbps (18.8 KB/sec transfer rate)<br />Latency: 384 ms<br />10/27/2016, 5:38:53 PM</p> <p> </p> <p>This is my Speed to Cape Town!!! I refuse to pay untill they sort out this breach in contract! I am not getting the service i was promised or andvirtised!</p>
