5 months and still awaiting my refund from Telkom!!!!

After paying up my telkom account it was ascertained that my account was ovepaid. From 23 April to date I have been battling to get a refund on MY MONEY! amazing how telkom is quick go collect and does NOT PAY BACK THE MONEY that does NOT belong to them. I have reference numbers and made numerous calls. All agents have a different reason or story as to why I have not been refunded. Telkom please pay me money. You were quick to collect. Now have the same enthusiasm to pay me bac****! Your service is rotten! How many months do we have to wait and you expect people to give up and write off the money that you take. Imagine how many others this is done to daily!!!! From 23 April to 04 August and still no refund?!!!
