5 Months and No Response

<p>I have submitted a cancelation request in Nov2016, for the cancelation of my service with Telkom. I received a mail acknowledging receipt and that I will be contacted in 21days. Was never contacted and it's 5 months later. I have had endless calls with the call center and and have been referred to mailing "Supervisors" and they never respond and are always too busy to take a call from a client.</p>
