5 Missed appointments.

We have tried to install an ADSL system, and Telkom have missed their appointment 5 times in a row. I got an SMS message trying to explain to me that they could not get our address!!!! What an absolutely BULL***T excuse, unless they are so useless that the lack the ability to read an email and a SMS and an Application!!!!<br> <br> We still do not have the service installed!!!.<br> <br> Telkom, you are a truly pathetic excuse of a company.....You have zero service ethics and even less considerations for people... You have no ability to read...please employ people with a small, minute, very little bit of education, just enough for them to be able to read...... And maybe....your service will improve by 100%....<br> <br> Truly disgusting experience, that I and my family could have done without.
