5 gig Nite surf WiFi none existing

I am feeling very disappointed with Telkom' s service I am paying for 5 gig anytime and 5 gig Nite surf WiFi on one of my routers but the nite surf is none existence. I have 2 contract WiFi routers, one of them o took for my son who lives in Eastern Cape but when I got there the router wouldn't work bcz of no coverage and I hd to bring it back to Cape town with me. Now m stuck wth 2 routers for the next 24 months damn
