5 days the WiFi router is still not working

<p>have ordered a WiFi router online and received it on Thursday until today it is still not working. have called their offices several times all am being told is to wait 24 hrs. it's been 5 days now. i have wrote a complaint saturday and Launa apologised and asked for my details to resolve my complaint, 3 days later i have not heard a thing from her/him and the wifi router is still not working. their call centre agents keeps giving me different stories, i am stuck with something that doesn't work but month end my account will be debited, this is unfair! Telkom doesn't take its customers serious</p>
