5 Days from report and still in testing stage

I have reported my ADSL line that is been OFF of 5 days now

Every time i follow up with Telkom, they just tell me it is in the testing phase No one can tell me what is going on with the line and why it is just in testing phase No one can give me a ETA of when they will look at it or why they are just testing the line for a problem
