5 appointments no show

Phoned and confirmed appointments 5 times over 4 week period. I received confirmations via SMS and telephone call's from Telkom each confirming the appointment but they never arrive leaving me waiting at home and loosing my hard earned leave days one by one. Before each Appointment i spent more than an hour on the phone confirming one appointment after the other, every time the technician Hannes would be at my house but he never arrives.<br> <br>
