I lodged a ***** case with Telkom,Prominade on 30 Jan 21 after I saw an adverse record on my credit profile.I was told on the 19th or 20th Feb that the case was closed bcos the were no documents attached.I then lodged another one and every time I call them,I`m told "I will escalate and someone will contact you".According to record on my credit profile,the account was opened on the 16 April 2011 and at this particular time I was working on a 1 year renewable contract.Therefore,there was no way I would have managed to open a 2 year cellphone contract.My understanding is that you need to be 3 to 6 months employed in order to open an account or be on a 36months employment contract.
