4th time, still no word

<p>As previously mentioned, I've been trying to get Telkom to help me for nearly four months, every time I post here, someone (won't say their name-yet) on Telkom send me a private message promising that my query will be looked into and I'll get customer service, then nothing. </p> <p>No call back, no email, no service. </p> <p>I currently have 4 reference numbers, all promising me that I'm high priority, yet I only get silence in return. </p> <p>If this is how they treat high priority cases, I reall hope they never go to work at a fire department or trauma unit. </p> <p>Exactly how long does one have to wait for their query to be answered? </p> <p>What is the waiting period on customer service, ten years? </p> <p>Telkom, you should change your tag line to the house of silence .</p>
