4th Post and no feedback.. NO REFUND

Spoke to Launa which is HP consultant for Telkom. Spoke to Launa’s manager and she still has not resolved my query. Below is mail received from Mapule the manager but I have not received my refund #name and shame #Telkom*****sclients money
