4th complaint, no response on emails or any customer service

4th complaint on the same issue. Cancelled my data sim. Send email. No response. Logged complaints, no response. What is the problem at Telkom? ANybody still working there? Terrible. No customer service. No wonder all customers are leaving Telkom. Really pathetic
