4months and i have had no Joy from Telkom...im done with telkom

<p>this query has been going on for four months and to date not one person has bothered to sort it out. i get the same response that they waiting for back office to sort out my query and no one has sorted it out or called me back for any assistance. i have phoned numerous times logged many hellopeter complaints and not one person has called me back. i dont know what to do anymore. i have never received this type of service in my life, i am disgusted with it. telkom has over charged me and ive called in and explained my situation a million times to a million consultants and not one has called me back or assisted in getting my money back. i am putting a stop order on telkom and they will not take a cent more from me. i want your legal department to call me and request the money, cause i am done with telkom now and ready to sue, as you have put me in emotional stress over the past 4 months. have waisted my time and have stole my money straight from my account.</p> <p> </p> <p>i know this is going to deaf ears as not one person from this department has also bothered to call me. but i have got all the proof and i will take this to court. and will WIN..</p> <p> </p> <p>i am now done with telkom</p>
