4meg line? I wish!!!!!

<p>I had a 4 mb adsl line installed aproximatel 7 months ago. I am yet to have more than half a month with the promised speeds. Two months arter the line was installed we have been having contineous issues with internet speeds. I have contacted my isp and ther is no problems from their side. I have recently spoken to various neighbours who have different isp's and they seem to have the same issues.</p> <p> </p> <p>It seems telkom is unable to supply Cullinan ( which is an extremely small town). I have complained to telkom multiple times to no avail. The opperators i have spoken to say that they know there is an issue at the exchange. </p> <p> </p> <p>It is unacceptable that we must keep to our part of the contract by paying whilst telkom does what they like.</p>
