4Mbs getting less than 1Mbs Speed

Good Day

Ever since i upgraded from a 2 Mbs line to a 4Mbs i have been getting very slow speeds , definitely less than 2Mbs . Tonight it is 0,4Mbs. After placing reports for the last 6 months i am still having this issue. Sometimes they send some one out some times they dont . It never gets fixed .

I am paying for a 4Mbs line and yet i am not receiving anything close to that speed . Telkom i have been a loyal customer for years but you have let me down greatly . This type of speed is oppression .

Your service consultants have not been helpful at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If it is not resolved soon , i will be left with no choice but to leave Telkom
