4mb uncapped deal poor service

Placed an order for 4mb uncapped unlimited deal on 26 April 2018. Order has still not been executed, call center keep saying the "IT" department is looking into why the TIN cant be activated. Every single day is the same alternating story, " sorry, out systems are down" or " This has been assigned to the IT department ". Ridiculous.
