Telkom is unable to assist me with renewing my contract with them, every time I phone the call center I am being referred, I send them email wrong information was provided to me a week later I receive apology email for wrong information provided to me, was given a number on the email to contact, phoning the number, my account is not due for upgrade, I am left helpless with phone that is not working due to incompetency
