48 working hours passed not getting a service

Telkom does not even deserve one star,they have poor service, the agents hangs up a call while talking to them, they can't resolve a query. Especially Thabani Ngubane agent and team leader Masilo MOHALE.I paid R884, 90 on the 21st May 2020 and my mobile line is still not active 48hours have passed today is the 29th May 2020 I have not been assisted they can't even help me with the REF*** they gave me. WHAT KIND OF AGENTS AND *********** PEOPLE DOES TELKOM HIRE.If you thinking of taking a contract with telkom don't you dare you will pay and get NO service like me.Even telkom branch at Garden Route Mall seem to don't know what they doing cause my line is still not ACTIVE!
