48 hours has become 2 full months

<p>Ive been due for an upgrade since July but Telkom has decided to suspend my mobile number even when my account is up to date. ive been speaking with about 7 different consultants telling me that within 48 hours my number will be activated yet yiou still send me mails and smss to upgrade. until when will i be sent from pillar to post?</p> <p> </p> <p>you last consultant i called yesterday 27/10 at 2;58pm was the worst "Zodumo" she has no sense of service or whatsoever with her worst attitude. I don't feel like dealing with you guys anymore - why do we always have to resort to Hellopeter.</p>
