Would not recommend Telkom to anyone. They are just a bunch of ****** in business. I got a router two years ago which ends end of next month. They have been calling me and sending emails asking me to renew it but never in a million years. They keep adding subscriptions on my account and increasing the debit amount. Since August last year I have been fighting with them over the irregular amounts but still there has been no change. My agreed debit is R566 but on some months it shoots to R1000 and others around R900. They are quick to call when I reverse the debit orders but they are busy doing ***** adding subscriptions on my account without my authorization. Stay away from telkom if you want peace of mind!
