45 Minutes and still no answer!
Calling 10210 and you are being kept holding on for 45 minutes and still no answer. That's not service it is a pathetic lack of customer care. Yore call volumes cannot be that large. The fact that you call from a TELKOM land line and not pay for the call does not justify being kept holding on. and haven't even complain about my complaint! If your volume is that large add more consultants to the pool for God sake!
