40 gig deal

<p>I app**** for a 40 Gig deal with Telkom on their website and completed a form online. i received an sms to say someone will call me to finalise the order in 48 hours. Indeed after 2days someone did call me however to my surprise the lady was asking me the same questions which i have completed on the online form like to provide her with my address, work details, banks, salary etc. I asked why is she asking for all the info i have given them when completing the online form then she said unfortunately that system where i completed the online form is not work. I said to her i am busy at that time that she called for me to stay longer on the phone she should call me after 16h00 as i did not expect that the call will take so longer as i have already provided them with information. I actually thought the call was just to confirm and finalise the deal. I am still waiting for her call even today, it has been days. Can somebody assist please?</p>
