4 YEARS COUNTING AND NOTHING BUT PATHETIC SERVICE FROM TELKOM SA

<p>I am a resident in Noordwyk-Midrand and I am a firm believer in home schooling. The challenge is, TELKOM has since promised to install fixed lines in my area. Yes I had to resolve to a medium or short term goal which was to apply for a mobile router to get the ball rolling. To date I have even finished my contract term on the Telkom Router but still where are you TELKOM. We are desperetely waiting to give you support and of course we will be paying for the services. Is it going to happen in our LIFE TIME TELKOM. I am not convinced as yet. What even make life worst is, the same intermediate solutions are not working. I keep on toping up on my services because TELKOM is very much aware that I am desperate of their connection. With the amounts I paying to date I am convinced I should be getting a better service than I am receiving. TELKOM you are the worst by far and the years of pathetic service you are giving us does not reflect the age of your company. As for the location I am staying in and still nothing from TELKOM, I feel sorry for those that stay in remote area.</p>
