4 weeks, still nothing done

4 weeks later, and still no feed back at all. I phone every week. And the answer that I get is as follows : it has been escalated I am still waiting for them to get back to me. Really!!!!!! At the end of the day I am going to sit with a big problem and all the customer care agents will just say I am so sorry. I will never recommend Telkom to anyone at all
