4 weeks of no business phone

Telkom has the worst service ever. Our business line has been down for 4 weeks and Telkom keeps saying they have send a technician to resolve the issue but nothing has happened. I have called the call center many times and I am told one thing over and over. I would not recommend Telkom to any business owner.

We have lost 4 weeks of business because of Telkom.
