4 weeks no internet

Having just moved into a new house, I asked telkom to come install internet on the 18th of November. Two weeks later, a technician by the name of Gert arrived, but said he couldn't do it now, but only on the 22nd of November when he came back from leave. After calling the call center 4 times (and spending 25mins on the line waiting for someone to pick up), I eventually got through to someone who told me a technician would come on the 14th of December. A technician arrived, parked outside my house whilst he had a cigarette, and then left!? I then contacted the call center again where they informed that the technician noted that he came to the house and no body was at home.<br> Please Telkom, all I am asking for is internet so I can carry on with my work. I'm not asking for anyone to perform miracles, I just want the internet that I ordered 4 weeks ago
