4 weeks and still no delivery yet money has paid

I have ordered a Telkom Mobile LTD special for R599 a month. The rooter was meant to be delivered in a week. It has been 4 weeks and I am still waiting yet they have happily debited my account for the amount for the month. I have called everyday and waited for a hour only to be cut off. i have logged a complaint with their department twice and requested a call. Yet, i am still waiting to received my LTD rooter and it to be install.
