4 weeks and 5 technicians later not sorted!

I've posted the same thing before. Complained on hello peter - telkom line worked for 3 days-then not. ADSL line has never worked. It's a month later - still not sorted. they have sent a 5th technician out apparently. They promised it to be sorted by the 15th. It's a problem on the exchange according to them - doesn't seem like they know how to sort it out. They even have my wrong cell contact details-where they got it from only god knows. This is useless
