4 Months!!!! STILL NO INTERNET!!!!

Early November 2014 i app**** for a telephone so that i can apply for adsl line via another isp! To my suprise that did not take more than two weeks for the line to be installed!<br> <br> Isp told me 27 working...and after 27 working days nothing happend - Isp sed that telkom still havent given them a port for me! Ive later learned from speaking to so many consultants that telkom actually reserves port for themselfs and does not easily give them to isp when there a few!<br> <br> I then decided to rather use telkom and cut out the middle man! But to apply for another line by them - they first had to cancel the isp's request, which took another month! <br> <br> Eventually when it was released i app**** by the walk in centre - after 3 weeks the order was dropped for no reason! (No one contacted me to let me know!<br> <br> 2nd attempt i app**** via call centre - after 3ks it was dropped again!!! <br> <br> 3rd attempt i app**** via walk in centre again: AND IM STILL WAITING! ALL THE AGENTS TELL ME THAT THEY WILL GET BACK TO ME! BUT NEVER DO! <br> <br> IM ALSO NOW PAYING FOR A VOICE LINE IM NOT USING!<br> <br> WHAT HAPPENING TELKOM?<br> <br> ***<br> [Email Removed]
