4 Months Still no Conclusion!

<p>i first logged a complaint in August 2016, complaint was not resolved, does not seem as if the call center understand's the complaint? According to them complaint was resolved but actually it was not.</p> <p>I then logged another complaint and to this day(4 months later) it is still not resolved, i have called and emailed repeatedly, i have even requested(at least 6 times) that a Customer Service Manager return my call but NOTHING. Its as if Telkom just IGNORES a customer blatantly.</p> <p>I am also a Vodacom customer and this would never have happened if i would have had the same enquiry.</p> <p>Telkom 'advertise' good pricing and service but the latter could not be further from the truth, at some stage i considered porting all my contracts to Telkom but with this sort of service levels i would not dare it!</p>
