4 MONTHS PHONE STILL NOT WORKING AND OPEN TRENCHES LEFT ON PROPERTY

My elderly in-laws have been without a working phone for 4 months now, in the Durbanville Hills area. Telkom dug three huge holes in their back garden several months ago and left it just like that, with fibre cables exposed with coils of tubing left lying on the property. This is a safety hazard, particularly for small children. This is so ridiculous that it I would not have believed it had I not seen it with my now eyes. Despite us complaining and escalating numerous times, Telkom have not had the decency to respond.
