4 months of promises and NO results

4 Months of fault reports being closed without fixing the problem or calling me and 3 weeks of emailing and talking to (Luleka, Igsaan,Regards and Ruksana \my reference number is: SM191818 \") and no replays or calls to my phone (you can get easily after looking at the NUMBER THE FAULT IS LOG TO) just to FIX my faulty internet line or ****ing moving it to a port/exchange the works??? If getting my number is so ****ing hard here let everyone have it *** . Hope to be hearing from you ouk soon."
