4 MONTHS - NO RESOLUTION
***. My original post on Hellopeter was on 1 December (after requesting help at branch and via 10210 to no avail) requesting that a prescribed debt (from 2010) be removed from my husband's name. I have received ONLY promises that it will be attended to or that it is a priority query which is being attended to. Today - 20 February there is still no response or resolution to this request. Via FB I receive promise after promise but still nothing. Is our next step then to seek help from ICASA or legal counsel?
