4 months and no service delivery

I app**** for a telkom adsl line at the beginning of february, paid a deposit and was told that a technician would contact me for the installation date. I waited a few weeks and after nothing I contacted telkom and they still have not confirmed a date. It's now almost June and I am still waiting for my internet.
