4 Month to do a Fiber upgrade, still not completed

Placed Order ********** 01A on 17 April 2018, today 21 August 2018, the line upgrade is still not done, I have no TV box, and I get billed for 10MB and 20Mb line. I have received 8 escalation number, 1 complaints no and have been on the phone with them over 30 hours in total. No resolution no plan to fix it
