4 mef line not a 4 meg line

I was approached at work by a salesman to up my line speed for a special price as everything will be faster firsty I have no odea when the.speed changed as there was no difference at home at all only when.I.got the bill and sore it was more did I realize ...honestly why make promises and not.deliver and then charge so much for a special package, I want to go back to the normal package I was on for the normal price I was paying as this is simply ridiculous
