4 days of no telephone/ADSL connection - Cable CUT by Telkom.

I have ADSL line with some third party organization that I cannot mention here, and the telephone line with the best telephone line company in the world, TELKOM.

Late Thursday (19-07-2018) coming back from the office, I walked into a surprise that all my connections were dead, literally dead. The morning of the same day, I met a guy who connected my line, just outside when I was leaving the apartment, he greeted and informed me he was coming to do some work for the unit above mine. Long story short, my problems started, no conclusion.

4 days later, technicians came through and they told me my cable was CUT. Basically, I was not connected at all.

SHOCKING!!!
