4 and a half months on one fault - no technician yet

Fault number - 1ANK010617

I'm not even going to explain as I've made numerous complaints and I will continue to do so until it is fixed on every platform I can.

But 4 and a half months and still waiting for a technician to come out. Not good enough. THE WORST COMPANY IN SOUTH AFRICA!
