I am very sad with the pathetic service I received from your agents I called to cancel my SIM card for data the agent canceled my contract I never requested to cancel my contract but the SIM card only for data which the contract ended long time ago. I called on Saturday I was placed on hold for more than an hour the call was disconnected the agent never bothered herself to call me back, nor to update me with regards to this issue. Please resolve this matter ASAP
