3rd time to post and no help from Telkom

So this is now my third attempt to get Telkom to help me on hello peter. I have now had to phone Telkom for the third time in 2 weeks, with no help. The third customer care agent has now told me that the two previous customer care agents didn't know what they were doing and have not done anything to help me. I am not sure how I am supposed to feel confident that she can help me. Why is Telkom so bad at assisting when it was their fault in the first place.
