3rd Time MAYBE Lucky

So this will be the 3rd complaint I will write about Telkom. Still they haven`t make contact with me regarding a account I closed last year (2015). Please just tell me how difficult it is for one of your consultants or managers to phone me so that we can close this account??? My company will never support you guys again.
