3rd time complaining on Hellopeter of Telkom and they could not care less

This is the 3rd time I am complaining about telkom on hellopeter, and they just keep saying that they have escalated my query and someone will call me back, I am getting charged for a data card that is not even working, I just want to end this contract, my renewal is up this month and I just want to get rid of this contract so that I never have to deal with Telkom ever again, you have not ever assisted me or helped me, so I am asking can you please just put in a cancellation of this contract so that I am rid of you.
