3rd request, no response or confirmation. NO customer service. Patheric

2nd complaint. Telkom does not even respond to a complaint or to how many emails i have send. I cancelled my data sim beginning of month. Completed the cancellation forms and submitted No response. I send another mail or 3, no response. All i want is for someone to confirm via email that this is cancelled. No response. Send my complaint to them. No response. Pathetic. No customer service. Personally i think the employees do not know what is going on in Telkom anymore
