After posting 2 complaints on Hellopeter, this matter is still not resolved.<br> <br> I have a 10mb line and packaged but I have a 4mb account.<br> <br> Please cancel TIN: *** as max speed on this is 4mb. Please issue a new TIN and create a new account with new log on details to reflect. My current username is Benito978. My telephone number is ***. <br> <br> I am asking you to please sort this out ASAP as I am tired of calling and tired of fighting. Some background: I upgraded my line speed two months ago to 10mb but my Telkom Internet Number (TIN) was never upgraded.
