3Months, No Service!!!!!

For 3 Months now we have the same problem with TELKOM! they just dont fix it or have a technician working on it. How must we run a business like this? every day the phones is off or internet we lose money.<br> We dont have internet or telephone lines working. We phone Telkom everyday to follow up with the 30 min hold they put you on and then they tell you a technician is working on it!! Same problem different day!
