3months no action from Telkom.

I took out contracts with Telkom, of which they have deducted the money for - per month - however, calls were logged within days to advise that I dont have signal - even after they said I have. The shop in Highveld mall gave up trying and said that they are not Telkom - they are an external service provider - but willing to sell me contracts. After hours on the phone, many case numbers and emails, my contracts are still not cancelled and they are still deductible money! Shocking service and in breach of their own contracts! They close the case when its not resolved, yet you get a mail with the next invoice. You and your service providers are disgraceful!
