33 days problem still not resolved

My problem 38ATK291215 was reported on 29 December 2016. Contacted Telkom numerous times with out an success get the same generic replies from them on Facebook and Twitter. Also here on hellopeter I get the same response every time. Considering this is my fourth letter to hellopeter and the problem still exist. This shows you that Telkom doesn't care about its customers. Although they gladly deducted the money from my account of which I had no service for more than a month now. Each time they reply it has been escalated, it's with our technicians or we will investigate and revert back to you. Nothing has been done no date haar been given to when my internet connection will be fixed. I'm so frustrated and angry with them. Their incompetence is astounding. Think they even surpass our ******* government. I write this knowing that I will get the same reply and nothing will be done. I have to refrain from swearing at you but I looking at the matter I don't think you can even comprehend that as Telkom is run by idiots. <br> <br> Can't wait for your generic reply hope to get it soon so I can post it on other social media for people to see
